Can either rider steer the EZ Quadribent?
Yes. Co-captian steering allows either rider to pilot the vehicle. A fixed steering option is also available as an adaptive feature.
Do both riders have to pedal all the time?
No. The dual-drive allows people with different physical abilities or energy levels to ride together with either rider generating from 0 to 100 percent of the pedal power. Cyclists can ride together while each person pedals at their own pace.
How do people use the EZ Quadribent?
EZ Quadribents are designed for two people of different physical or visual abilities to ride together. They are ideal for adult riders with a child. They stand out in the crowd for parades and charity events. EZ Quadribents are used as rental cycles, environmentally- friendly taxis, and as moving billboard advertisements for businesses. Is adaptive equipment available for special needs riders?
Yes. We've specifically designed adaptive options for physically challenged riders and special needs adventurers. Children, teens, and adults with special needs can enjoy the EZ Quadribent using adaptive accessories like chest level seat belts, toe clips and pedal connectors to engage weak muscles. Can I ride the EZ Quadribent alone?
Yes. You can ride the EZ Quadribent alone with caution. If you are driving from the left side be sure to slow down making right hand turns so you don't get the EZ Quaribent up on two wheels.
Can I separate the EZ Quadribent into two bikes?
Yes. The EZ Quadribent can be separated in two independent recumbent bikes for solo riding and easy transport.
Are the EZ Quadribent seats adjustable?
Yes. The seats adjust for a 4' child up to a 6'2" adult comfortably.
